Talk to the Hand is a brand new platform for all members and non members of BSL Society to come and read about the latest events and information surrounding the d/Deaf community in Exeter!
BSL Society offers a brand new friendly community for individuals of all backgrounds to join and learn a language spoken by over 87,000 children and adults across the UK, regardless of your current BSL knowledge.
The society aims to promote inclusivity, safety and a whole lot of fun for all university students! BSL society formed after acutely understanding the sparsity of d/Deaf and hard of hearing culture across the Exeter campus and thus, we’re bringing events, classes and information in association with local charities and organisations to the students of the university in hopes to experience a slice of the d/Deaf culture.
