Everyone on the BSL Society committee would love to wish our members a happy and healthy 2022; and we hope that this term is a great one! This will just be a short post to welcome everyone back and update you with the things we have planned for this term.
BSL Sessions
Our weekly BSL sessions will continue this term, but instead they will be held every Tuesday from 18:30-19:30 in the same room - Building One: Constantine Leventis Teaching Room. These sessions are completely free and you can come to as many, or as little, as you would like.
This term we will be building on more vocab, but with an emphasis on applying this to real-life contexts. For example, we will look at forming simple conversations and how to talk about food and drink in a retail scenario.
Socials
Our very first social will be a welcome back brunch tomorrow in The Imperial from 11:00-13:00 - we look forward to seeing you all there!
Upcoming Fundraiser
We currently have plans for a society fundraiser that is likely to happen in June - follow our socials for details on how to get involved and what we will be doing, which will be made available in the coming weeks.
Feedback
We have a feedback form open throughout the year for you to let us know what you’re enjoying most about the sessions, or what you would like to see more of. You can also recommend ideas for socials. As well as this, we have a ‘Feedback’ section on our website for general comments.
